Superbooth 2025: Part 1

Superbooth 2025: Part 1 – Another Stellar Year at FEZ-Berlin

The Decksaver team has just returned from a fantastic experience at Superbooth 2025, and once again, it was a memorable journey through the heart of music innovation.

Superbooth, starting out on its own in 2016, continues to be the prime gathering for synth enthusiasts and creators worldwide. Set in the scenic FEZ-Berlin, the event perfectly encapsulates the city’s vibrant culture and relaxed innovation. Attendees experienced firsthand the passion driving musical technology forward, surrounded by picturesque woodlands in one of our favourite cities.

Decksaver’s New Covers

This year, we showcased our latest protective covers, highlighting some of the most exciting new music tech releases. Visitors got an exclusive look at covers for gear including the Korg Multi/Poly, Faderfox UC4, Beetlecrab Tempera & Vector, Waldorf Iridium Keyboard & Core, Teenage Engineering TP-7, Reloop Keypad Pro, and the Jomox Alpha Base MK2 (coming soon in our summer collection). Our famous spilled drink props again drew amused reactions from attendees—many mistaking them for the real thing!

Union Audio’s Mixing Power

Union Audio impressed visitors with the Orbit.2,  Orbit.4, Elara 6, and two LEFX models, with the Elara6 prominently used as the main mixer for jamming alongside the innovative Voicas Deskpressor, a hybrid mixer and compressor device that’s already creating a buzz.

Synth Innovations

Majella introduced the Implexus, a robust new synthesizer that caught eyes and ears, which continued their legacy of intuitive controller interfaces.

1010music debuted the Bento standalone MIDI control center, providing snapshot-based functionality, while Reliq Instruments revealed their intriguing Reliq control surface, blending tactile feedback with innovative control methodologies.

Yamaha’s Anniversary Synth

Yamaha celebrated their 50th anniversary with a striking one-off synth, a testament to their lasting influence and continuous innovation in music technology.

Moog Messenger & Polyend Mess

Moog introduced the Messenger, an innovative new synth that immediately caught attention for its distinct sound capabilities, while Polyend showcased the Mess, their latest multi-effect pedal designed to expand creative horizons for musicians and producers alike.

Acid Booth and Vinyl Cutting

The Acid Booth presented by DinSync was a crowd favourite, showcasing vintage-inspired gear and acid house vibes. A unique attraction was the chance for attendees to cut their own vinyl records, a hands-on highlight that resonated deeply with the audience.

MPE Keyboard and Experimental Instruments

The updated Exquis MPE keyboard demonstrated advanced expressive capabilities for nuanced performance, while the Janko Project brought innovative keyboard designs, pushing the boundaries of musical interfaces.
