Shipping Policy

Dispatching
All orders placed on the Decksaver.com website are packed at our UK warehouse and generally dispatched within 2-3 business days. If the item is in stock, then most orders will be dispatched the same or next working day.*
We do not dispatch at weekends or on UK bank holidays. Any orders received on weekends or on UK public holidays, will usually be sent the next working day.
If we are expecting a high demand of orders, (such as the launch of new covers), shipments may be delayed by a further 2-3 days. All orders and shipments will be confirmed via email.
* During times of extreme situations, such as the outbreak of COVID-19, normal shipping times could be delayed. Please visit Decksaver.com for more information as to current shipping situations.
Shipping & Tracking
Orders will only be dispatched once Decksaver has received a cleared payment. Once dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email (sent to the email address used when placing the order or at the time of account registration) detailing dispatch and tracking information.
All orders are shipped via UPS or DPD. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and times, but most orders within the UK will arrive within 2-3 days from date of dispatch, 3-7 days for mainland Europe and Rest of the World. DPD shipments can be tracked here. UPS shipments (tracking numbers starting with 1Z) can be tracked here.
Deliveries to outlying areas, such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands and other remote destinations may take a little longer than the above quoted times.
All orders placed on Decksaver.com must be accompanied with a daytime contact telephone number. If the shipping company make a failed attempt at delivery to your shipping address, it is your responsibility to contact your local depot and arrange a delivery or pick-up. It is not the responsibility of Decksaver to communicate with UPS or DPD once your order has been shipped and a delivery attempt has been made.
Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom VAT will be included in your total order and shown on your invoice/order details.
With the new trade agreement between the EU and the UK, there are new rules to be applied when transporting goods between the two zones.
As of 1st January 2021 all prices to non-UK shoppers do not include 20% VAT (Value Added Tax). With these new regulations, local VAT and handling fees may be due to our selected courier (UPS or DPD) at the point of entry of the receiving country. There may be exceptions to this with tax-free zones such as the Channel Islands.
Based on information we have received, the VAT, plus administration fees will be collected by UPS or DPD prior to release of goods into the customer’s selected delivery country. Please check with the local government agency in your country of delivery for more information.
For Rest of the World destinations, taxes and Customs’/import duties may be due. Please be aware that Decksaver.com is not responsible for any taxes or duties charged.
Without exception, the responsibility for these payments is with the Customer. For more information, please contact your local Government agency or tax office or website.
If your order is being shipped to Brazil, you will need to add your CPF into the notes field when ordering. Packages cannot be sent to Brazil without this information.
Shipping to South America
If you delivery address is in Argentina, Brazil or Chile, you will be required to add your personal tax identification number to the order before we can process your order.
Failure to provide this may delay your order. We are unable to release shipments without this information.
Please leave your details in the notes section at the time of ordering, or send an email to our team here if you did not do this at the time of placing your order.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Sorry, but we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or the like (eg. B.F.P.O addresses etc.). Please add a usable street address when ordering. Orders placed with shipping addresses to P.O. boxes will be cancelled and refunded.
Damages & Lost Packages
All orders are tracked and insured, so if something goes wrong, we will try our hardest to put it right. Please contact us via this form below using the subject header Shipping & Orders to let us know. Any images of the damaged item and packaging, plus your order number to support your claim will be required.
